We want you to be happy with your purchase; if there are any issues with your new item we’d be happy to resolve the problem with an exchange within 14 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be issued.
To start your exchange, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your packing slip number that was included with your shipment and the items you would like to exchange and receive. You will be issued a return authorization number for the approved exchange.
Put the items you’re returning in a shipping bag
- Include the original packing slip and the return authorization form provided
- Give your package to your Club Administrator to ship to the address below
