If this is your first visit to the GoodLife Associate Store, you will be required to create your profile using your GoodLife Fitness email address, prior to placing an order. To ensure we are being as fiscally and environmentally responsible as possible, orders are shipped to your Home Club, or the Club nearest to you as indicated in your profile. For Home Office Associates that do not live within a reasonable distance from a Club, you have the option to include your home address.


It is important to us that you are happy with your order. If there are any issues with your garment, or defects with a gift item, we’d be happy to resolve the problem with an exchange. Please inspect all items upon delivery as any exchanges are to be processed within 14 days of receipt of the order. Refunds cannot be issued.
To start your exchange, please email and include:
  • Your packing slip number that was included with your shipment
  • The name and size of the item you would like to exchange
  • The name and size of the item you would like to receive
  • The reason for the exchange
You will be issued an Exchange Request Form and a Return Authorization Number.
  • Print and complete the Exchange Request Form, including the Return Authorization Number
  • Place the completed Request Form in a shipping bag, along with your return item and original packing slip.
  • Give your package to your Club GM to ship to the address below.

      The letters on my uniform top have started to peel. Can I get a replacement?

      We offer free exchanges for orders made within the past 2 years with designs that have started to peel despite being cared for appropriately. To request an exchange outside of the normal 14-day exchange period, please email

      Your email should contain:

      • Your name
      • Your Club number
      • A photo of the shirt that shows the peeling design
      • The shirt size
      • Product name (e.g.; All Associate Button Up Polo)
      • Order number/ PO number (for FLOW orders).

      *All exchange approvals are at the discretion of the Associate Experience Department
